How does Selling For Cash work?

You won’t need to worry about repairs, multiple visits or qualifying buyers. Here’s how our simple 5-Step home buying process works:
Step 1: Contact Us
You fill out a short and simple online form with some basic details about your home. The information you provide is kept private. We do some comparable sales in your neighborhood. This will allow us to make an offer when we visit your home.
Step 2: Home Inspection
We personally come to your home to see what repairs are needed and the condition of the property. We buy homes in “AS-IS” condition and understand that we will need to do our own repairs. This process usually takes us under 15 minutes.
Step 3: Written Offer
After we inspect the home we have all the pieces we need to make you a cash “AS-IS” offer. We simply write up an offer on a standard FAR BAR Contract and you decide if the offer is good for you.
Step 4: Go to Contract
Once a price and closing date are agreed upon we go into contract. An escrow deposit is made by us to a local title company. The title company handles getting your mortgage payoff, lien search and all other paperwork.
Step 5: Close
Both parties show up at the local title company on the date you chose and sign the paper work.
