Do you have some questions? No problem; most people do. Here’s a snapshot of typical questions we get asked, along with our answers. If you still have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us (or give us a call) and we can answer it for you.
What is “AS-IS” condition?
“AS-IS” condition means we buy your home in its current condition. You don’t have to do any repairs or replace anything.
Do you buy expensive homes?
We buy houses in all price ranges.
If I am in foreclosure can you stop the sale?
Absolutely! However time is of the essence and you must call us immediately so we can take action. We have helped several people in pre-foreclosure and foreclosure save their credit and get a fresh start.
How long does it take once we fill out the online form?
We will review the information and contact you within 24 hours. This allows us to have a better understanding of your situation so we can better serve you.
Can you buy my house if I have it listed with a Realtor?
Yes, we can absolutely work with Realtors.
Do I have to do anything once I sign the contract to sell?
No, a local title company handles your mortgage payoff, lien search and transaction. We do not do an appraisal or survey.
Are you a realtor or broker looking for listings?
We are Real Estate Investors. While our representatives and management team all see the value in being a licensed Realtor, we are not in the business to list properties. As Realtors we are allowed to do real estate transactions legally, have access to the MLS and a better understanding of the market (real estate industry events like these help us stay ahead of the curve). But our focus is on buying homes for cash.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
There are NO fees or commissions when selling your home with us. We’ll often pay closing costs as well. We get you cash in hand, and take on all the risk of renovating, repairing, and preparing the home to resell to a new owner. Even if we take a loss, you still walk away with cash.
Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
There is zero obligation. This is simply cause for a conversation to better understand your property and the details, so that we can make you a cash offer. At that point, it’s 100% your decision to sell your house or walk away.
