Are you realtors or brokers looking for listings?

Our representatives and owner all see the value in being a licensed Realtor. We are not in the business to list properties. As Realtors we are allowed to do real estate transactions legally, have access to the MLS and better understand the market (real estate industry events like these help us stay ahead of the curve).

What is “AS-IS” condition?

“AS-IS” condition means we buy your home in the condition it is. You don’t have to do any repairs or replace anything.

Do you buy expensive homes?

We buy houses in all price ranges.

If I am in foreclosure can you stop the sale?

Absolutely. However time is of the essence and you must call us immediately so we can take action. We have helped several people in pre-foreclosure and foreclosure save their credit and get a fresh start.

How long does it take once we fill out the online form?

We will go through the information you give us and contact you within 24 hours. This allows us to have a better understanding of your situation so we can better serve you.

Can you buy my house if I have it listed with a Realtor?

Yes, we work with Realtors.

Do I have to do anything once I sign the contract to sell?

No, a local title company handles your mortgage payoff, lien search and transaction. We do not do an appraisal or survey.
